今天，我們相聚在這里，共同慶祝禾豐食品股份有限公司成立三十周年。在此，我謹(jǐn)代表中國(guó)飼料工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)，向禾豐團(tuán)隊(duì)致以最熱烈的祝賀！向金衛(wèi)東董事長(zhǎng)及所有為中國(guó)農(nóng)牧事業(yè)傾注心血的奮斗者，致以最崇高的敬意！

It is a true honor to join you today in celebrating the 30th anniversary of Wellhope Foods Co., Ltd. On behalf of the China Feed Industry Association, I extend my warmest congratulations to the entire Wellhope team, and my highest respect to Chairman Jin Weidong and all those who have dedicated themselves to the advancement of China's agriculture and livestock sectors.

當(dāng)前，我國(guó)正迎來(lái)鄉(xiāng)村振興全面推進(jìn)、農(nóng)業(yè)強(qiáng)國(guó)加速建設(shè)的歷史機(jī)遇期。一方面，消費(fèi)升級(jí)為行業(yè)打開(kāi)萬(wàn)億級(jí)市場(chǎng)空間，廣大消費(fèi)者對(duì)優(yōu)質(zhì)畜產(chǎn)品的需求日益增長(zhǎng)；另一方面，全球糧食安全形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻、資源環(huán)境約束趨緊，倒逼我們必須以更高站位迎接挑戰(zhàn)。

China is entering a pivotal period marked by full-scale rural revitalization and the accelerated development of an agricultural powerhouse. On one hand, rising consumer expectations have unlocked trillion-yuan market potential, fueling growing demand for high-quality animal products. On the other hand, mounting global food security challenges and intensifying resource and environmental constraints compel us to respond with greater vision and urgency.

在此背景下，我們的使命愈發(fā)清晰——

In this context, our mission has become clearer:

一要以科技創(chuàng)新突破“卡脖子”難題，用中國(guó)“芯”守護(hù)中國(guó)糧倉(cāng)”；

First, we must drive technological innovation to address critical challenges, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to safeguard essential sectors;

二要以綠色轉(zhuǎn)型繪就生態(tài)畫卷，讓綠水青山與金山銀山交相輝映；

Second, we must advance green transformation to create a harmonious balance between environmental sustainability and economic prosperity;

三要以全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈思維擘畫新藍(lán)圖，推動(dòng)三產(chǎn)融合賦能鄉(xiāng)村振興。

Third, we must take a holistic industry-chain perspective to chart a new course, driving the integration of agriculture, industry, and services to power rural revitalization.

回望禾豐走過(guò)的三十年，這不僅是企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)史，更是一部中國(guó)農(nóng)牧產(chǎn)業(yè)波瀾壯闊的奮進(jìn)啟示錄——

Looking back on Wellhope's thirty-year journey, it tells not only a story of corporate growth, but also one that mirrors the sweeping transformation of China's agricultural and livestock industries.

三十年前，七位知識(shí)分子懷揣“產(chǎn)業(yè)報(bào)國(guó)”的赤子之心，在白山黑水間播撒下現(xiàn)代飼料、畜牧業(yè)的火種；

Thirty years ago, seven intellectuals, driven by a patriotic vision to serve the nation through industry, sowed the seeds of modern feed and livestock farming in Liaoning, a land of snowy mountains and great rivers;

三十年來(lái)，禾豐人以“千磨萬(wàn)擊還堅(jiān)勁”的韌勁，在市場(chǎng)風(fēng)浪中淬煉出“科技為本、誠(chéng)信為魂”的企業(yè)品格；

Over the past thirty years, Wellhope people have forged the company's character with unyielding resilience, weathering storms in the marketplace and upholding a corporate ethos grounded in technology and integrity;

三十而立，從行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定者到技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的領(lǐng)跑者，從單一的飼料加工生產(chǎn)到農(nóng)牧全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的布局，禾豐用實(shí)力詮釋了何謂“國(guó)之大者”的擔(dān)當(dāng)！

At thirty, Wellhope has grown from a standard-setter to a technological trailblazer, from a single feed mill to a full-fledged agri-livestock value chain player, proving through action what it means to shoulder national responsibility.

當(dāng)今的禾豐，已是業(yè)界公認(rèn)的“參天巨樹(shù)”，但這份成功絕非偶然——它是無(wú)數(shù)禾豐人夜以繼日的堅(jiān)守，是敢于突破“不可能”的創(chuàng)新膽識(shí)，更是始終與國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略同頻共振的生動(dòng)實(shí)踐！

Today, Wellhope has been recognized as an industry leader, but its success has not come by chance. It is the result of the relentless dedication of Wellhope people, their willingness to innovate and overcome challenges, and their consistent alignment with national strategies. 

站在新的歷史起點(diǎn)，面對(duì)百年變局與行業(yè)變革的雙重考驗(yàn)，我衷心期待禾豐：

At this pivotal moment in history, as we confront the dual challenges of global transformation and industry reform, I sincerely hope to see Wellhope achieve the following:

一是做科技創(chuàng)新的“攀登者”，聚焦生物育種、智慧養(yǎng)殖等前沿領(lǐng)域，用中國(guó)“芯”打造民族品牌；

First, to emerge as a trailblazer in technological innovation, focusing on frontier areas such as biological breeding and smart farming, and becoming a leading national brand powered by Chinese core technologies;

二是做綠色發(fā)展的“示范者”，探索種養(yǎng)結(jié)合新模式，讓每一份產(chǎn)出都閃耀生態(tài)價(jià)值的光芒；

Second, to serve as a model of green development, pioneering integrated farming models where every output reflects ecological value; 

三是做鄉(xiāng)村振興的“踐行者”，深化聯(lián)農(nóng)帶農(nóng)機(jī)制，讓更多鄉(xiāng)親共享產(chǎn)業(yè)增值收益；

Third, to act as a practitioner of rural revitalization, deepening mechanisms that connect and empower farmers, enabling more rural communities to share in the value created by industrial development;

四是做行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的“引領(lǐng)者”，以頭部企業(yè)的責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)，推動(dòng)中國(guó)農(nóng)牧業(yè)邁向世界舞臺(tái)中央！

Fourth, to become a leader in setting industry standards, fulfilling the responsibilities of a top-tier enterprise and helping elevate China's agriculture and livestock industries onto the global stage.

“所當(dāng)乘者勢(shì)也，不可失者時(shí)也?！焙特S三十年的輝煌證明：唯有胸懷“國(guó)之大者”，方能行穩(wěn)致遠(yuǎn)；唯有永葆創(chuàng)新銳氣，才能勇立時(shí)代潮頭！

Friends and colleagues, as the Chinese saying goes, “Seize the momentum and you will ride the tide; act in time and you will grasp opportunity.” Wellhope's remarkable achievements over the past thirty years have proven this truth: only by keeping the nation's interests at heart can we make steady progress and achieve great things; only by preserving an innovative spirit can we remain at the forefront of our times.

今天，鄉(xiāng)村振興的號(hào)角催征在前，全球飼料、畜牧產(chǎn)業(yè)變革風(fēng)起云涌，正是我們挺膺擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)年P(guān)鍵時(shí)刻！讓我們——

Today, with the call for rural revitalization sounding loud and clear, and sweeping changes reshaping the global feed and livestock industries, this is our moment — a time that calls for courage and responsibility.

以禾豐為標(biāo)桿，以“功成不必在我”的境界胸懷，扛起產(chǎn)業(yè)報(bào)國(guó)的千鈞重任；

以禾豐為旗幟，以“越是艱險(xiǎn)越向前”的斗爭(zhēng)精神，攻克畜牧強(qiáng)國(guó)路上的道道難關(guān)！

Let Wellhope be our benchmark—as we shoulder the weighty mission of serving the nation through industry, with a selfless spirit that values contribution over recognition.

Let Wellhope be our banner—as we press forward through every hardship, guided by the belief that the tougher the path, the stronger our resolve.
